Terms & conditions

In order to buy at amala.dk you must at least state: name, address, email address and telephone / mobile number.

The above data and purchase information, will be kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates (bookkeeping Act §10).

Information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure of data will always be in accordance with the then-current privacy legislation.

As a customer you are entitled to access to our registration data about you. You may object to a registration under the rules of this Act concerning the processing of personal data. Comments in relation to this may be sent to our customer service via email hello@amala.dk.

Returns & exchanges

All Christmas gifts can be exchanged to an other product until January 7th 2017.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to find a good solution. You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your item within 14 days of receipt (receiving your package. All returns are at your own expense).

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received – unused and with original packaging and labels.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Business Address: Get the package delivered to your workplace and save the trip to the post office. Delivery is with Post Nord.

Parcel shop: Get the package sent with Post Nord and retrieve your package in one of the more than 1000 Parcel Shops. You choose the Parcel Shop that suits you best. You will receive an e-mail and an SMS letting you know that your package is on the way.

Make sure to bring package ID and photo ID when you pick up the package.

Home address: Delivery as a private package is with Post Nord. If you are not at home to receive the package, it must be picked up at the post office. (Post Nord leaves a message for you about which post office the package can be picked up at).

Please note that Post Nord does not deliver packages on weekends, therefore goods ordered Thursday after 12 pm and Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Remember to save your order number if you wish to return the product and have your money refunded.

TRACK & TRACE:
When your package is shipped from AMALA we will send you a Track & Trace number so you can follow your package. (It is also the number you should use if you are not home when the postman leaves a note and you need to pick up your package at the post office. Just bring your number and photo ID).
